Sculpture Already Collected
Some devices are collecting sculptures but not moving them into the ‘collected’ list. We’ve released an iOS and android update to resolve this. Please check you have the latest update installed.

I’m having problems signing in
Check you’re connected to the internet, either WiFi or a mobile network. Make sure you have the latest update installed on your device. Close the app completely and re-open it (or restart your device). Finally, review the app permissions and ensure everything is checked.
Fill in your name and email, you should get through to the Contact Preferences and Terms and Conditions screen. Make sure you read and agree to the Ts & Cs to continue.
Still no luck? Please contact us with the following:
- make and model of your phone,
- the version of android or iOS you’re running
- the email address you’re using to sign in
- and a loose indication of the time the error occurred.

How do I find the sculptures?
Select a trail at the top of the app, select MAP, pinch and swipe the map to zoom in and out.

How do I collect sculptures?
There is a 4 digit code found on the sculpture plaque. On the Oor Wullie screen click COLLECT ME or COLLECT SCULPTURE at the bottom on the screen and enter the 4 digit code found on the plaque.

How do I add a photo to the gallery?
You can upload a photo to the gallery by clicking UPLOAD. You will be asked to either ‘Take a photo’ or ‘Choose from library’. Images uploaded will be reviewed by the team prior to being published on the app. Your photo will be seen by other app players and maybe shared on social media – so get creative!

Incorrect codes
If you’ve already unlocked an Oor Wullie sculpture the app will display a ‘Sculpture already unlocked’ message. Select OOR WULLIES and select COLLECTED to see if you have already collected it. If not, it could be an error we need to fix – gulps! So please let us know the code and Oor Wullie by contacting us here.

Do I need to fill in all the sign up fields?
No. You only need to fill in your name and email. Your postcode, age, group size, sculptures, rewards and pedometer data will be anonymisedand used for event evaluation purposes only. If you do not wish your anonymised app data to be used for eventevaluation purposes you can opt out in writing to marketing@wildinart.co.uk, hello@archie.org, hello@echcharity.org, info@glasgowchildrenshospitalcharity.org and privacy@dcthomson.co.uk.
