Abody’s Wullie

Our Oor Wullie has been designed with the theme of diversity in mind. We are a small rural school with strong links to farming and agriculture and are very proud of where we live, as represented by the top of our sculpture. Further down the design you will see how our children embrace their global citizenship, as part of Scotland and the wider world. We respect others and send our love across the world. Our school ethos is on Wullie’s bucket to show the world our values and what our ‘small but mighty school’ stands for. Our Wullie is also a symbol of hope and happiness, as demonstrated by the “good news” headlines we felt it was important to celebrate.
