Oor 'Curious, Positive, Successful' Wullie

Cockenzie Primary School's Oor Wullie was designed by the children and inorporates everything that we value about Cockenzie and Port Seton. The nursery children decorated his bucked with sea glass from our beach and Oor Wullie was painted by the primary 6 children to show Cockenzie and Port Seton's links to the sea and fishing. The boats are even cleverly named after the school’s values. Much of the inspiration came from one of Cockenzie and Port Seton’s most famous former residents, John Bellany.
