Oor Forthill Fella
'The design is a combination by pupils of P3c and P3a. P3c focussed on Oor Wullie's character and the Scot's language he speaks and is reflected in his shirt, boots, bucket and grass. P3a's design focussed on his heritage, the City of Dundee, the River Tay and its bridges and is reflected in his head, his rainbow hair and dungarees which feature a sunset behind the bridges and the Tay.'
