Oor Highland Villager

'Oor Highland Villager was designed from input from various pupils and the Art Club. It incorporates ideas from around the village and historic landmarks. His boots are the Beauly River bed and his dungarees have salmon on them. He is wearing a tartan shirt from the local Tweed House. His hair is made from an oak and acorn design because of the ancient oak tree in the Priory Ruin. He is of course holding a shinty stick and we sneaked a school logo on his back pocket.'
