Wullie The Rascal transforms Oor Wullie using industrial metal coatings. Inspired by the Duke of Wellington statue in Glasgow City Centre, Wullie The Rascal comes complete with a cone on his head - a much-loved Glaswegian tradition that has delighted onlookers for many years.
